Through the Community Redevelopment Agency (“CRA”), the City of Panama City Beach recently released updated information for the Front Beach Road improvement project.
Per the CRA, Segment 4.1 (Front Beach Road from Lullwater Drive to East of Hills Road, including Powell Adams Road) design plans are now100% completed. According to the CRA, utility design is underway and 90% design plans are being finalized for Segment 4.2 (Front Beach Road from East of Hills Road to West of Lantana Street) and Segment 4.3 (Front Beach Road from SR 392A/Hutchison Blvd. to W of Richard Jackson Blvd).
Due to the extensive right-of-way acquisition process, the project is anticipated for construction bidding in late 2024 to early 2025.
