According to recent information received from the Florida Turnpike Enterprise (“FTE”) project, the FTE’s appraisal process for the Suncoast Parkway II – Phase 3A is underway. The FTE’s contract appraisal firms have started scheduling property appraisal inspections. This is the first step of the appraisal process. Once FTE’s appraisal process has been completed for a property, the FTE will tender first written eminent domain offers to affected property owners.
