The Florida Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) recently released updated construction plans and right-of-way maps for the pavement rehabilitation of State Road 200/U.S. 301 and the construction of related stormwater retention ponds in Clay County.  The updated construction plans and right-of-way maps indicate that the FDOT plans to acquire fifteen parcels of Clay County property to complete the project, and to do so, the FDOT has budgeted over $1.5 million in right-of-way acquisition funds for the fiscal years 2014-2015.
