The Florida Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) plans to complete the widening of State Road 390 in Bay County all the way to US 231. As an initial step in the progress of this project, the FDOT released preliminary design aerials for the portion from SR 77/Ohio Avenue to US 231. These design aerials depict that many property owners along State Road 390 may have their property targeted for eminent domain acquisition.
